Salman Khan paid a courtesy visit to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) office in Mumbai on Friday night. During the visit, he inaugurated the newly established Data Collection and Verification Support Center (IT Server Room) of SRA. The actor also handed over house keys to the beneficiaries, many of whom couldn’t stop laughing. Before engaging with reporters after the social event, Salman lightened the mood with his signature humour. Smiling at the media, he remarked, “Ask me anything, that’s not a question. There’s no use asking it.” He apparently shied away from questions about ‘Matrubhoomi’, a film that has recently made news for CBFC-related hurdles and delayed release. Salman Khan’s SKF denies reports on ‘Matri Bhumi’
Several reports in recent months have claimed that the film has undergone changes and reshoots, along with reports that ‘Matri Bhoomi’ has faced setbacks. Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), which has allegedly withheld the film’s clearance certificate for now. Salman Khan’s production house SKF, however, denied the claim. The production house said, “We request that media outlets and individuals refrain from spreading unverified information. Any official updates regarding the film will be shared by Salman Khan Films through its official channels only.”
With Salman Khan’s upcoming action film Nayantara
Apart from this, he has teamed up with Salman Banshi Paidipalli And Dil Raju For an action film, Nayanthara will be seen in the lead role and is set for an Eid 2027 release.
