The Odisha State Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has postponed the written examination of the Combined Recruitment Examination (CRE)-2025. The test, originally scheduled for June 20, 2026, will now take place on June 28, 2026.According to the board, due to unavoidable circumstances related to the NEET (UG) exam 2026, the exam has been postponed. The revised schedule is applicable to candidates for the posts of Revenue Inspector (RI), Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI), Amin, ICDS Supervisor and Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS).The council has posted a formal notice of the delay on its website. Candidates who are preparing for the exam can check the detailed notice on the OSSSC official portal.The extension means candidates will have an extra eight days to prepare before taking the exam. Apart from the date change, all other conditions of the recruitment process will remain unchanged.After the examination schedule is changed, OSSSC will issue new admission tickets to all candidates. The revised admission letter will be available for download from June 24, 2026.

Candidates can download the modified admission ticket by following the steps below:
- Visit the OSSSC official website www.osssc.gov.in
- Click on the Admit Card section on the home page
- Select the relevant CRE-2025 exam link
- Enter your username and password
- Submit details and view admission ticket
- Download and print a copy for future reference
The board clarified that the examination pattern and format will remain unchanged. All instructions, eligibility conditions and other terms mentioned in the previous notification will continue to apply. Candidates are advised to download the revised admit card and carefully check the details mentioned therein.
