She added, “I think my biggest growth spurts have always come from a heartbreak emotionally, mentally, psychologically,” she said on an episode of ‘Subway Takes with Karim Rahma.’Her advice isn’t just related to romantic heartbreak, but any kind of relationship that comes with it, whether it’s with a friend or at work. The star revealed that she has taken it all in a positive light and over the years, has chosen to grow as a person after every change that has happened in her life.“That’s the only time you dig in. You want, ‘What happened? How did I do it? Why did I keep doing it? Or why didn’t it happen? What could I have done better?’ You change yourself”, he commented. As for people who break things, Lopez shares her own opinion and says that such people don’t grow up. He added, “Because if you go around your life and you’re like, you know, heartbroken, let’s say, and you’re somebody who never feels anything, you’re a loser. You’ll never learn anything.”
