East Village Condos

After the rousing box office success of ‘Risky Business,’ Tom Cruise invested in a 2,200-square-foot apartment in the American Felt Building, according to Architectural Digest. The space included three bedrooms, one of which was converted into a state-of-the-art gym. In 2013, he sold the property for US$3 million after three decades of ownership.

Telluride Farm

In the early 1990s, Tom Cruise began planning a residence on a 32-acre property in Telluride, Colorado. In 1994, construction was completed on the 10,000-square-foot mansion. The house was the primary residence of him and his ex-wife, Katie Holmes. The couple described the home as “a sprawling lodge or chalet, rustic, with log-cabin touches—informal, airy, built of honey-colored deadwood from Oregon” during an interview with Vanity Fair.The four-bedroom home has additional features such as a stone fireplace, a golf course, a motocross track, an outdoor fire pit and an in-ground trampoline, as well as a separate guest house with three bedrooms. Cruise sold the property in 2021 for $39.4 million.

Hollywood Hills Compound

The two-story European-style house has glass walls for expansive views of the city. The 2.5-acre residence had an old charm with an Italian farmhouse-inspired kitchen, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a vaulted-ceilinged living room with a fireplace. Moreover, a separate guest house has four bedrooms and its own kitchen. Purchased in 2005 for USD 11.7 million, Tom Cruise sold the property to Eva Longoria at a loss of USD 11.4 million.

West Sussex Estate

In 2006, Tom Cruise turned his neck to a rich English estate in the West Sussex town of East Grinstead. The $4.2 million property includes 11,331 square feet of a historic aesthetic, with eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, a movie theater, a dance studio and a game room. After a decade of owning the place, he sold it to singer Peter Andre for USD 6 million.

Beverly Hills Mansion

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes bought a $30 million mansion in Beverly Hills with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Originally built in 1937, the site included several guesthouses, a swimming pool, a playground and a tennis court. He sold the property in 2016 for USD 40 million.

Florida Penthouse Townhouse

Tom Cruise has invested US$9.5 million in a two-story penthouse townhouse in Florida. Amenities include a solarium, a roof deck, a 39-foot infinity pool, a hot tub and bar, a flight simulator and a private car elevator.
