‘Stranger Things’ breakout star, Sadie Sink Reveals how he landed his mystery role in Marvel Studios’ ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’. Unlike other talents who have to go through a long audition process, the actress revealed that she bagged a lead role in the film ‘without an audition’.In an interview with Nylon, Sink shared that he was offered the role after working with the director Destin Daniel Crayton 2017 in the drama ‘The Glass Castle’. Interestingly, the actress was not even given the script until she came to London to shoot on the 1st day of the schedule. He also said that the script was withheld in an effort to keep details of the film under wraps.Sink also praised his co-star Tom Holland to give him a warm welcome on the sets. He said, “It was interesting to step into that space and be a bit of an outsider in that way, but he couldn’t have been more welcoming, and the whole crew in general.”“He was very relaxed and open and I felt very comfortable,” he added.Reflecting on joining one of Hollywood’s biggest franchises, Sink shared, “I knew Marvel was a big deal and a big brand, especially Spider-Man. I know there’s a huge fan base, but it feels really big. I think these blockbuster movies are a whole different animal.”Marvel has kept details of Sync’s character under wraps. The actress, who started promoting the film with the cast last month, has also shied away from revealing her character.Meanwhile, rumors have swirled that Cink has been cast as the X-Men in the upcoming fourth ‘Spider-Man’ film, with Holland at the helm.‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ will be released in theaters on July 30.
