The Guardian also reported that a Los Angeles County court issued a temporary injunction on Monday, barring Applegate from coming within 100 yards of Carpenter, his home, his workplace and his car.Carpenter said in his statement that he did not know Applegate and did not want to have contact with him. She accused him of parking near her home since April 20, with each visit taking him closer to the property.The situation escalated on May 23, when Applegate allegedly entered a neighbor’s property to get around the security fence. He then reached Carpenter’s front door and tried to open it, court documents said.A ring camera captured the incident. Applegate allegedly knocked on the door handle, rang the bell and knocked. When a security guard confronted him, he allegedly refused to leave and claimed Carpenter expected him.
