Dali Dhananjaya’s upcoming Kannada film ‘Mother Promise’ has started generating positive response ahead of its theatrical release.Set in a fictional version of Bangalore, ‘Mother Promise’ blends crime, comedy and family drama. The story follows a gambler whose life changes dramatically after he loses everything.
Early reviews called the film a complete entertainer
The first response came from overseas distributor Dream Screen International Pty Ltd after viewing the censored version of the film.Sharing the initial review, distributor X wrote, “#MotherPromise Just finished watching the censored version… It’s just wowwww full of food entertainment and lots of fun roller coaster laughter ride.. Purnachandra Mysuru Leads creative teams
‘Mother Promise’ is directed by Purnachandra Mysuru, who also wrote the screenplay with Mahadev Prasad and Arun Bharamannavar.The cast is headed by Dali Dhananjaya and features Purnachandra Mysuru as Riandhi, Vinay Prasad as Sharadamma, Geetha as Amma, Nagbhushan NS, Chi Guru Dutt as Maggie and Mahadev Prasad as Donna Biryani.
