Reviewing the film, he wrote, “The film relies heavily on long speeches, dramatic lines and predictable conflicts. The screenplay is full of political references, historical echoes, and social issues. The Thiruvananthapuram slang gives the film a local flavor, but it feels a bit forced.”The review also commented on Arya’s role and supporting acting. It said, “Arya is presented as the central face of the film, but his character, Vetrivel Kumaran, does not get enough space to leave a lasting impact. His personal story gets tangled up with many other narratives, and as a result, the emotional weight of his revenge is not fully felt. Murali Gopi performs with poise and Indran stands out in serious parts. Vijayaraghavan, Dev Mohan, Appani Sarath, Santi Balachandran, Nikhila Bimal and the rest of the cast perform their parts with sincerity.”Disclaimer: Box office numbers and information in this article are compiled from public and industry sources.
