Raveena Tandon and Akshay Kumar Recently returned to the screen after almost 22 years with ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ which released in theaters on Friday. Reflecting on their latest collaboration, Raveena had nothing but praise for her former co-star, praising her unwavering dedication and work ethic.In an interview with ANI, the actor said that even though many years have passed since they last worked together, Akshay Kumar remains the same committed professional that he remembered from their earlier films.“I think it’s been great working with him after all these years. Nothing has changed about him. He’s hardworking and dedicated. He’s so involved that you can see the hard work. He deserves all the success he gets because he really works hard for it. He doesn’t get it easily. He works really, really hard. I mean, there’s no one as dedicated as him on set.”Over the years, Raveena and Akshay have shared screen space in several films including ‘Mohra’, ‘Khiladion Ka Khiladi’, ‘Davaa’, ‘Keemat: They Are Back’ and ‘Barood’. Among their collaborations, ‘Mohra’ and ‘Khiladion Ka Khiladi’ remain two of their biggest commercial hits.Released in 1994, ‘Mohra’ was directed and starred Rajeev Rai Nasiruddin Shah and Sunil Shetty in the lead role. Two years later, the duo reunited for the Umesh Mehra-directed ‘Khiladion Ka Khiladi’, which featured Rekha in a lead role and became another blockbuster at the box office.
