RVUNL Recruitment 2026: Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL), a government undertaking of Rajasthan, has issued a short recruitment notification for 2,005 posts in five state-owned power companies. The notification issued with advertisement number RVUN/Rectt.-2026-27/01 invites online applications for the posts of Junior Engineer, Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant/Business Assistant II.According to the notification, detailed advertisements including eligibility conditions, application timelines, selection procedures and other recruitment guidelines will be released in late July 2026. The online application process will begin after the detailed notification is released and applications will be accepted only through the official websites of participating Vidyut Nigams.Job openings are spread across five power companiesThe recruitment drive covers Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (AVVN) and Joman ViN).Of the 2,005 vacancies, 869 are for junior engineer posts, 371 for junior accountant posts and 765 for junior assistant/commercial assistant II posts. The largest proportion of advertised vacancies is for Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant II positions.

For Junior Engineer (Electrical), 727 posts have been notified. There are 110 posts for Junior Engineer (Mechanical) and 32 posts for Junior Engineer (Civil). Seat reservations for each category will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.Eligibility and application feesCandidates between the ages of 18 and 28 are eligible to apply, subject to meeting educational requirements. Applicants for Junior Engineer positions must possess a three-year diploma in a relevant engineering discipline. Junior Accountant candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in business or related field, while applicants for Junior Assistant/Business Assistant II must be graduates with prescribed computer proficiency and typing skills.The application fee has been fixed at Rs. 1,000 for candidates belonging to UR category. Candidates in SC, ST, BC, MBC, EWS, PwBD and Saharia categories will have to pay Rs. 500. Fees can be paid online through BHIM UPI, net banking and approved debit card payment methods.Selection process and salary detailsThe recruitment process will include a written test, document verification and a physical examination. Junior Engineer candidates will be assessed through a 200-mark test. The selected junior engineers will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 33,800 under pay scale 10, along with allowances allowed.
