Haryana State Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the HSSC Group D recruitment notification 2026 on June 18, 2026. This recruitment is for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group D posts in different departments of Haryana Government. Candidates looking for Group D government jobs in Haryana can now prepare to apply through online mode.The online application process will begin on June 19, 2026. Candidates can submit their application form before July 3, 2026 (11:59 PM). The fee payment window will be open until July 6, 2026. Thereafter, candidates will also be given a correction window from July 7 to July 9, 2026, to make changes to their application forms.Detailed vacancy information, including position and category distribution, will be published separately, the commission said. At this stage, the number of vacancies is not final and will be updated on the official website later.Recruitment for Group D posts is conducted through CET. Candidates will be shortlisted based on this single eligibility test. The application process will be entirely online and candidates must complete a one-time registration before applying.Applicants should be between 18 and 42 years old as of the registration deadline. As per Haryana government regulations, the age for reserved categories will be relaxed.Candidates must have passed the Matriculation Examination (Class 10th) from a recognized board. They have to study Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects at the matric level. However, this condition does not apply to certain posts like Sweeper and Chowkidar.Selection for HSSC Group D posts will be conducted through Common Eligibility Test (CET). CET score carries 100% weightage. Most posts do not mention a separate major exam. The question paper will be based on 10th grade level.
