According to reports, the makers have reportedly asked for Rs 450 crore for the Hindi theatrical distribution rights alone. Trade analysts believe that even if the deal closes in the Rs 300-400 crore range, it could set a new benchmark for Hindi film distribution.Ramayana directed by Nitesh Tiwari features Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. The film is slated to release on Diwali.
