According to Vogue, in the photo, Lipa is seen wearing a custom Chanel haute couture wedding gown embellished with crystals and feathers. The dress featured a low-back design and a sweeping train adorned with feathers. A feathered headpiece and a long embroidered veil completed the romantic look. The bridal ensemble also marked a milestone for the fashion house: it was the first Chanel haute couture wedding dress designed by Matthew Blazey for a friend of the house.

According to reports, the look was designed by Daniel Rosebery and featured an asymmetrical jacket with personalized gold bijoux buttons, one of which appeared to be an eye.
