The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the timetable for Class 10 Higher Secondary Improvement/Zonal Examination and Class 12 Intermediate Zonal Examination 2026. The exam will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and will be conducted for candidates who have successfully submitted their online application.According to an official announcement, both the examinations will be conducted at centers assigned by the district superintendent at the district headquarters.

The exam times are as follows:
- Class 10 High School Promotion/Zonal Exam: July 28, 2026, 8:30 am to 11:45 am
- Grade 12 Intermediate Examination: July 28, 2026, 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm
Candidates are advised to report to the designated examination room 45 minutes before the start of the examination to ensure smooth entry into the examination room.
Admission ticket
The board has directed principals of the schools concerned to download the admit cards of registered candidates from the official website upmsp.edu.in. After the principal counter-signs the admission ticket, it will be distributed to the corresponding candidates.
Important instructions to candidates
UPMSP has issued several guidelines that candidates must follow on exam day:
- Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least 45 minutes before the exam begins.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones, smart watches or any other electronic devices into the examination room.
- Only candidates, center directors, teachers and authorized education personnel are allowed into the examination centre.
Test Center Guide
The board has also issued instructions to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations.
- Center directors must ensure that there are no unnecessary gatherings of people at the entrances before and after exams.
- CCTV cameras with recording capabilities and Internet routers must remain operational throughout the examination process in all examination rooms.
- Question paper packets will be opened using the same procedure followed during the Mainboard exam. The packages will be opened in the vault under 24×7 CCTV surveillance and recorded in the presence of the center in-charge, external center in-charge and divisional magistrate.
Candidates are advised to carefully follow all instructions issued by the examination board and proceed to the examination center with their admit card on the day of examination.
