Rahul Roy suffered a stroke on November 29, 2020 while shooting for his project ‘LAC – Live the Battle’ in Kargil. What followed was a battle for him; However, Salman Khan stepped in and made things easier.In an old interview with Bollywood Hungama, Roy revealed that Salman Khan is one of the reasons he is recovering without too much tension. Years later, the actor revealed that his medical bills, which had piled up after his stroke, were fully paid and cleared by the ‘Kick’ actor.Calling Salman a ‘gem’ of a man, he added, “Sab baale hai Salman yeh hai, oh hai… mere liye oh bohat hai hai (People say this and that about Salman Khan … but to me, he is a gem of a person).” He also shared that the two have known each other for a long time and “We worked together in Majdhaar (1996). We have good memories together.”
