Telugu crime-thriller series ‘Isakapatnam’ is officially on OTT. The series is directed by Gary BH and written by Prashant Ragathi. The seven-episode drama takes viewers to a tumultuous coastal town in the 1990s.

A story rooted in crime and power

The narrative unfolds in a port city where influence is built through fear, political connections and illicit trade. At the center of the story is Naidu who is a man who starts as an outsider but gradually becomes the most feared figure in the region.Samuthirakani plays Naidu, portraying a ruthless leader who is determined to protect the empire he built. Aishwarya Rajesh plays the role of Bharti and Sunil plays the role of an upright police officer.The series is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video starting July 2, 2026 Ahead of its digital premiere, the makers released a trailer that introduced the audience to the dangerous world of Isakapatnam.

The official synopsis reveals Naidu’s journey

According to the official synopsis shared by the OTT platform, “In the port city of Isakapatnam, Naidu goes from being an outsider to become the most feared man in the region — building his empire through port politics, crime, and sheer ruthlessness. As political rivalries, illegal trade, and shifting loyalties intensify, Naidu raises real questions to keep his daughter, Bharat, at all costs.”Apart from the lead trio, the thriller series ‘Isakapattanam’ has an ensemble cast including Naresh Agastya, Marine Philip, Sudhakar Komakula, Rajeev Kanakala, Maim Gopi, Rohini, Banerjee, Jalha Koti, Ravi Verma and Raja Chemblu.Overall, Aishwarya Rajesh and Samuthirakani starrer ‘Isakapatnam’ looks promising.
