The project was launched with a traditional puja ceremony that marked the start of the film’s production.The romantic drama is directed by Ashok Kumar, a former assistant to filmmaker Atlee. Arijith is paired opposite the Telugu actress in the film Kriti Sethi Who was last seen in Pradeep Ranganathan’s ‘LIK’.Among those present at the puja ceremony were producer Madhan along with directors H Vinoth, AR Murugadoss and Jason Sanjay. Music composer Thejas Krishna made his Tamil debut with Lover Boy.
