2026 Maruti Brezza trims revealed: Details, what to expect

Maruti Suzuki It is gearing up to launch the facelifted Brezza on July 24, and ahead of its official launch, the compact SUV has been spotted uncamouflaged in the entry-level LXI trim. The latest spy shots provide the first detailed look at the base version.At the front, the 2026 Brezza gets a redesigned grille with a more closed look that is paired with a revised front bumper. Despite being the base LXI variant, the spotted model appears to be equipped with projector headlamps. Like most entry-level trims, it continues to use black steel wheels instead of alloy wheels.While the interior of the LXI variant is not fully visible, the updated Brezza is expected to get a few feature additions across the range. Higher trims will get a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera, connected car features and a HUD. The steering wheel is expected to remain unchanged and continue with integrated controls.Under the hood, the Brezza is expected to continue with the familiar 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces 101bhp and 137Nm of torque. However, Maruti Suzuki may replace the existing five-speed manual gearbox with a new six-speed manual gearbox. Additionally, select variants are also expected to get a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, although the company has yet to officially confirm the full powertrain options.Maruti Suzuki has already started taking bookings for the SUV priced at Rs 11,000. Once launched, the facelifted Brezza will continue to compete with rivals like Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO and more.
