As soon as the bone comes out of their mouth or their teeth break, they will bark,” Naseeruddin told The Wire, as quoted by The Indian Express.When further asked if he thought people were taking advantage of the silence of others to suppress their own conscience, Shah replied, “Absolutely, yes.” He added, “But how long can they do it? Only time will tell.”

Recently, Shah posted a video statement on social media, extending his support to the protesters. “I want to say two things to you all. The first is that if an illiterate person leads this country, his heart wants the whole country to become ignorant, incomprehensible and ruthless like him. After completing two famous acting courses from the National School of Drama (NSD) and the Film and Television Institute (IFTI), he learned the most.
