Citroen India has launched the new Citroen Aircross Comfort edition. The SUV will be offered in three variants in limited numbers and prices starting at Rs 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can book the car online or by visiting the nearest dealerships. The Comfort Edition features beige leather upholstery and adjustable headrests for passengers in both rows. Citroen is also developing a special accessories package across the entire Aircross range. Detailed price list below.
Priced at Rs 36,500, the You Pack includes upgraded cabin materials, fog lamps, 10-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, reverse parking camera with dynamic instructions, chrome-accented side cladding, wheel covers and several styling updates. Priced at Rs 8,460, the Plus Pack adds a rearview camera with parking controls, wireless charging feature, chrome-plated door trim and a host of exterior cosmetic updates. Available for Rs 40,000, the Max Pack upgrades the package further with a JBL sound system coupled with an amplifier, as well as front and rear cameras that support audio-based alerts.
For the Comfort Edition, Citroen introduced beige leather seat covers, height-adjustable headrests for both rows and black interior trim elements. Select cabin units also get soft-touch surfaces and silver detailing. Equipment levels vary by variant and include LED projector headlamps, alloy wheels, 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, 7-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless smartphone integration, steering wheel-mounted audio switches, automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, auto-dimming IRVM and cordless phone power.Talking about the powertrain, it is offered with two engine options: a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder NA petrol engine producing 82bhp mated to a manual gearbox only. Another engine option is a 110bhp 1.2-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine mated to either a 6-speed torque converter or a 6-speed manual.
