CUET University Result 2026: The National Examination Agency (NTA) has released the 2026 Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) result statistics and results announcement, highlighting the number of candidates who achieved 100 points in multiple subjects.According to official data, one candidate scored 100 points in four of the five subjects he chose, setting the record for the highest individual subject score in this year’s exam. The NTA also reported that thousands of candidates achieved full marks in at least one subject, reflecting strong performance across a wide range of subjects.Thousands of people record perfect percentile scoresThe NTA said that 22 candidates secured 100 marks in 3 subjects while 180 candidates achieved this in 2 subjects. A total of 3,214 candidates scored 100 points in one subject.These numbers represent performance in individual subjects and should not be interpreted as overall exam rankings. The highest total score is over 1,230NTA also announced the list of top 20 candidates based on their aggregate marks in the five NTA subjects. This year’s highest total score was 1232.19, followed by 1230.82 and 1207.21.Separate merit lists are also released for top-performing male and female candidates, along with category rankings for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates. Besides, the agency also announced the list of top 10 Divyangjan candidates based on their total NTA scores in five subjects.The number of applicants exceeded 1.568 millionCUET UG 2026 is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses for the academic year 2026-27. A total of 15,68,867 candidates registered for the exam, and the number of people who actually took the exam was 11,64,098.The exam was conducted in computer-based mode, lasting 19 days, 35 shifts, and covering 321 cities, including 13 international locations. College Prep Admission TranscriptsThe NTA clarified that its role is limited to conducting examinations, issuing final answers, preparing results and issuing scorecards. The admission list and counseling schedule will be announced separately by the participating universities, which will decide the admissions based on CUET UG 2026 results and respective eligibility criteria.Candidates can access their scorecards through the CUET official portal and are advised to follow the admission notification issued by their preferred colleges for the next stage of the admission process.
