'Dhamal 4' bags U/A 13+ certificate with zero scene cuts as CBFC orders 9 edits on hand gestures and dialogues
Dhamal 4 received a U/A 13+ certificate from CBFC for “obscene” hand gestures in two places and words in seven, without any scenes being cut. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film reunites Ajay Devgan, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and others with new cast members. It will release in theaters on July 10.

After the likes of ‘Pati Patni Aur Oh’, ‘Hay Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’, and ‘Welcome To The Jungle’, it’s now Dhamaal 4’s turn to test its luck at the box office. Manufacturers have already wrapped up the sensor process ahead of schedule.

‘Dhamal 4’ cleared with U/A 13+ certificate

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared ‘Dhamal 4’ with a U/A 13+ certificate, though not without some changes. Two scenes involving “obscene” hand gestures were changed and replaced, while “obscene” words were asked to change in a further seven cases. Notably, no scene was completely cut from the film. After these edits, the makers got the censor certificate on July 2. According to the certificate, the film runs for 143 minutes or 2 hours 23 minutes.

‘Dhamaal 4’ brings back the original cast of the franchise

managed by Indra Kumar, ‘Dhamal 4’ sees the return of the franchise’s core cast including Ajay Devgan, Ritesh DeshmukhArshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, and Javed Jaffery. Joining them are Esha Gupta, Sanjida Sheikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkarand Ravi Kishan, bringing fresh faces to the popular comedy franchise

‘Dhamal 4’ hits theaters on July 10

The film is directed by Indra Kumar, produced by Ajay Devgan, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thackeray, Indra Kumar, Anand Pandit and Kumar Mangat Pathak. ‘Dhamal 4’ will be released in theaters on July 10.
