Veteran actor Madhu recently looked back on an emotional moment from the sets of ‘Hum Hai Bemisal’, recalling how Sunil Shetty After receiving the heartbreaking news, he suddenly left the shoot Divya Bhartideath of Madhu reveals that Sunil shared a close bond with Divya and immediately traveled to Mumbai after hearing about her death.When asked if he ever met Divya Bharti, Madhu said, they never got a chance to meet in person. However, she shared that their families knew each other well, as Divya’s father and her own father were close friends who often met at the beach. He also remembers that Hema Malini Dibak was cast in his directorial debut, ‘Dil Aashna Hai’.“So I knew she was a part of my own family film,” the ‘Roja’ actress said in an interview with IANS. Recalling the incident on the sets of ‘Hum Hai Bemisal’, Madhu said, “I was shooting for a film called ‘Hum Hai Bemisal’, and we were in Shimla. Sunil Shetty and I were shooting when Divya died. And while we were shooting, Sunil got to know her well, so she flew away from the shoot.”Divya Bharti died on April 5, 1993 at the age of 19 after falling from the balcony of her fifth floor apartment in Bombay. Although the circumstances surrounding his death have fueled speculation for years, the case was officially ruled an accidental fall.Directed by Deepak Bahri, ‘Hum Hai Bemisal’ was released on December 16, 1994. The action thriller starred Sunil Shetty and Madhu in lead roles, Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shirodkar And others are playing important parts.
