Ram Charan And Janhvi Kapoor’s action drama ‘Pedi’ recorded a significant improvement in collections on the 17th day at the box office. The film, which has now entered its third week, benefited from the weekend crowd.According to Saknilk, ‘Pedi’ has collected Rs 1.95 crore nett in India on its 17th day. This number represents a 30 percent increase over the net earnings of Rs 1.50 crore on Day 16. The film continued its theatrical run for 1,782 shows.
Total collection continues to climb
The film’s India net collection reached Rs 231.45 crore. India’s total collection now stands at Rs 274.01 crore. It grossed Rs 20 lakhs from the international market on its 17th day.This took the film’s overseas gross to Rs 52.85 crore. As a result, the worldwide total collection of ‘Pedi’ has reached Rs 326.86 crore. ‘Peddi’ recorded an overall Telugu occupancy of 24.73 percent on day 17. The morning show registered 14.36 percent occupancy. Audience polling improved in the afternoon which recorded 25.91 percent occupancy. Evening shows stood at 23.73 percent, while night shows emerged as the strongest segment with 26.45 percent occupancy.
Collection of leads from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been the biggest contributors to the film’s daily earnings. The combined market grossed Rs 2 crore on day 17.Karnataka added Rs.14 lakhs. Tamil Nadu contributed Rs 1 lakh and rest of the regions added around Rs 10 lakh.
