While driving home, the two had a small conversation that made her realize that their relationship was going nowhere. “We were walking home from my birthday party, my friends were over. And I said, ‘Did you get me a birthday present?’ And he said, ‘What can I get you, Olivia? I don’t know you’. And he was not wrong.
