Demonstrating the Targaryen Civil War, the Battle of Gullet was fought between Dragonstone and Driftmark. With navies in epic sea conflicts, water endured blood, sacrifice and dragons. According to Just Jared, a key loss includes Jacquerys Velarion (played by Harry Collette), Rhynera’s eldest son and an important dragon rider. He went into brutal battle and took his dragon, Vermax, with him. Another casualty includes Sharako Loher (played by Avigail Thorne), whose blood drips from Alain of Hull’s stabbing and ultimately drowns.
‘House of the Dragon Season 3’: Those who barely survived
Corlys Velarion (played by Steve Toussaint) is weakened, as his forces are disbanded. In the book, one-third of his fleet is destroyed in the battle. Meanwhile, Tyland Lannister (played by Jefferson Hall) is presumed dead after his disappearance, according to USA Today.
