actress Navya Nair Recently shared an interesting incident involving his son and the filmmaker Major Ravi.While speaking at the launch event of her upcoming film ‘Visitor’, the actress recalled how her son got curious hearing Major Ravi’s name during a conversation at home.According to Navya, her son wanted to know if Major Ravi was actually a major in the Indian Army or was it just a screen name. Her curiosity led her to search for the filmmaker online and what she discovered surprised her.

Recalling the incident, Navya explained how the conversation took place at home.As quoted by the Reporter website, he said, “We were talking about Major Ravi Sir at home when my son came and asked, ‘Is he really a Major?’ I told him that he was. Immediately searched him on Google. When he saw the reference NSGHe said, ‘O God!’ Then he asked me, ‘Mom, has he been a commando for so many years?’

Major Ravi is widely known not only for his work as a filmmaker but also for his years of service in the Indian Army. Prior to filmmaking, he served in the military and was attached to the National Security Guard (NSG).
