Minutes after the booking began, a large number of people thronged several theaters to get tickets for the morning show. Arousing excitement over Vijay’s last movie before bidding farewell to acting, fans didn’t miss the opportunity.

‘Jana Nayagan’ Tamil Nadu FDFS Time Confirmed

The buzz around ‘John Noygan’ has reached the next level with confirmation of first day first show timings. The first show of the film in Tamil Nadu will begin at 8.40 am, while viewers in some other states will be able to watch it earlier, with a few centers scheduling shows at 6 am. The film was scheduled to release on 9 January 2026, Pongal, but the release was delayed due to lingering censor-related issues. After overcoming hurdles, including receiving an ‘A’ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification, the makers have locked July 23 as the new release date.

With Vijay now the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, ‘Jana Nayagan’ is even more important to fans as it is widely speculated to be his last film as the lead actor.
