Jelly Roll has broken his silence on his divorce from wife Bunny Xo, dismissing speculation surrounding their split and firmly denying infidelity rumours. The 41-year-old singer addressed the issue during a June 18 concert in Saratoga Springs, New York, telling fans that despite their breakup, she and Bunny remain close friends.According to E! News, the singer, whose real name is Jason Deford, told listeners that he and his wife are best friends and always will be. “The internet is a liar. My wife and I are best friends. We’ll always be best friends. We got off the phone today,” he said from the stage.

The singer also rejected claims that cheating played a role in the couple’s split. “Nobody cheated on anybody. He did a whole podcast about it. You can go see it. Every word of it is true. It will be my best friend forever,” he said.Jelly Roll insisted that the concert would be the only time she publicly addressed the divorce. “Bunny, I love you, baby. Thank you for those 10 years. They were incredible. Thank you for the next 10 years of friendship and 20 years after that,” he added.

Her comments came after Bunny Xo, whose real name is Alyssa Deford, opened up about the split on her ‘Dumb Blonde’ podcast. The 46-year-old revealed that while their marriage ended, the pair were determined to maintain a positive relationship going forward.“We were the most unconventional couple you’ll ever meet. We were going to be co-parents,” Booney said. She also revealed that they still plan to continue their fertility journey and have a child together despite the divorce.
