According to the latest reports, the actor will not be physically present at the Nampally court in Hyderabad during the scheduled proceedings. India Today reports that Allu Arjun’s legal representatives are expected to attend the hearing on his behalf. Reports also indicate that a request has been submitted seeking permission for the actor to participate virtually instead of appearing in person.
‘Pushp 2’ premiere case linked to tragedy
The issue relates to the tragic incident that took place during a special screening of ‘Pushpa 2’ in Hyderabad in December 2024. The event attracted a huge crowd and caused serious law and order concerns outside the theater premises. Reports indicate that the court has directed several accused persons, including the actor, to appear before it for the ongoing hearing.The incident took place at Chikkadapally’s Sandhya Theater when a large crowd gathered to catch a glimpse of the actor during a special screening event. Then a woman lost her life during the chaos. Her young son was also seriously injured and required extensive medical attention.After the incident, the actor was taken into custody as part of the investigation before seeking legal relief through the court. Since then the matter is under judicial consideration. According to the news, Allu Arjun has been made accused number 11 in this case. It is learned that financial assistance has been given to the affected families.
