He wrote that he spoke only of the suffering caused by “an inhuman person spreading poison”, but never mentioned any names. May the identity of the savage remain unknown.” He added, “Let the poison he spread be erased from my memory,” making it clear that he wanted to move on from the unpleasant episode rather than keep the controversy alive.

He revealed that he has submitted a proposal to the South Indian Film Writers’ Association requesting K. Bhagyaraj be named as the permanent honorary president of the organization.
