Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan’s ninth film is titled ‘Wicked Sunny’, inspired by the popular theme of Mujse Shaadi Karogi. Produced by Ramesh Taurani’s Tips Films, the comic thriller is written by Priyadarshan and Rohan Shankar. Filming began in December, ahead of the September 2026 release of their eighth film Hywan.
