That’s when I decided that I would be the first to take action.”He shared that he first called his sister Nikhat, who answered immediately. He later learned that his mother remembered him often and hearing about his mental state moved him deeply. “She immediately picked up the phone. Then I got to know that my mother had missed me. I got emotional and caught a flight to Mumbai the very next day.”After meeting his mother and apologizing to her, Faisal met Aamir Khan and apologized to her. “I told Amir, ‘I’m sorry. What I did, I shouldn’t have done. Please forgive me.'” According to Faisal, his family welcomed him with warmth and affection, ending years of misunderstandings.“Everyone welcomed me. My mother, Nikhat, Santosh and Aamir all accepted me. Now all our grievances are over.” Addressing the long-running debate surrounding his mental health, Faisal claimed he had been misrepresented. He suggested that his initial medical diagnosis may have been wrong and noted that subsequent tests at a government hospital cleared him.“Maybe the initial doctors misdiagnosed me.
