Ranjit responds to Bindu’s comment by calling her innocent
During a conversation with Vicky Lalwani, Bindu opened up about her long-running career and how things have been for her. During a segment of the episode, she talked about working with Ranjith and called him an “innocent and hilarious” person.In response to his message, the veteran star, known for his work in ‘Sharmili’, ‘Namak Halal’ and ‘Amar Akbar Antony’, shared a video message about the time he pulled his ears. In the video, he says, “Mrs. Bindu, how did you know I was innocent? Thank you so much for complimenting me. It felt wonderful and brought back so many old memories. I remember I have a picture of you pulling my ears. If I was so innocent, why were you pulling my ears? I still don’t understand.” Please call me and tell me.”Bindu and Ranjith are one of the most famous actors in the Indian film industry. After being part of the industry for over five decades, the two have remained close friends and have worked together in many productions including ‘Naseeb’, ‘Lawaris’ and ‘Prem Roog’.

Ranjith, whose real name is Gopal Bedi, is a veteran star active in the industry since the 1970s and is prominently known for his villainous roles in various films. The 84-year-old star continues to be an active force in the industry, last appearing in ‘Housefull 4’ and ‘Housefull 5’ in 2019 and 2025 respectively. He has also appeared in Bhojpuri, Malayalam and Punjabi movies over the years.85-year-old legend Bindu Nanubhai Desai started his career at the same time as Ranjith. Over the years, he has acted in films like ‘Abhiman’, ‘Kati Patong’, ‘Amar Prem’, ‘Do Raaste’ and others. She has not been active in the film industry since 2008 and was last seen in ‘Om Shanti Om’ and ‘Mehbooba’.
