But, during an event appearance in Mangaluru, the tables turned for the king of romance.In a viral video from the event, a female fan was seen expressing her love for Shah Rukh, with the audience cheering and cheering him on. During an interactive session, the fan told the king of hearts, “I love you more than my husband,” prompting boos from the audience.Visibly impressed, Khan replied, “You should have said that in private…”She quickly followed it up with a heartfelt response, saying, “But I know it’s rhetorical. I understand how you feel, and I’m sure your husband does too. I love you all, I love your husband, I love your family.”The fan then asked the actor his question, “Thousands of young Mangaloreans watching you today, many of us have this question in our minds, someone from such a small town like Mangalore, do you think we can reach extraordinary heights like you. What do you want to tell us? Do you think we can dream big.”Responding with a message of encouragement, Khan reflected on his own journey to superstardom and said, “I think you all can be great. I can be very honest, I came from a beginning that I probably never imagined that I would achieve so much in life. Because of the audience, because of the work I’ve done. So the only thing I would say to all the youngsters is, never give up on your dreams.”The actor then quoted one of his most iconic dialogues from his 2007 film ‘Om Shanti Om’ saying, “Itni shiddat se main tume pane ki koshish ki hai, ki har jare ne mujhe tumse milne ki sajish ki hai.”Sharing what he described as his message to the youth, Khan concluded, “Kehte hai agar kisi chiz ko dil se chaho, toh beri kainat use tumse Milane ki koshish mein lag jati hai.”
